Digital Travel Guides

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” at the completion of the purchase, at which time you will have access to the download link at the order confirmation page as well as via an order confirmation email sent to the specified e-mail address. As such, all purchases of Digital Travel Guides made on www.simply-slow-travel.com are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Since the Digital Travel Guides made available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy.

 

Mail Club 'Simply Slow Mail'

By joining our Mail Club, you will periodically receive a personalised letter with additional paper elements, such as, but not limited to, Postcards, Bookmarks, discount cards, among others. These will vary by edition of the Mail Club. Each edition will be sent by postal mail, without tracking. Once your first subscription edition arrives, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal by writing to us at customer@simply-slow-traveler.com, indicating your order number. After that, you should send us, by postal mail or any other preferred method, at your own expense, all the elements received to the address to be provided in the email reply. Once the elements arrive, and after confirming they are all in good, unused condition, we will process the refund of the paid amount to the same payment method. If you use any discount codes included in the first edition you receive, we will subtract the total value of the discount used from the amount to be refunded. Any discount code included in the first edition you receive, if you choose to return and get a refund, will be rendered unusable for you. By law, after the 14-day withdrawal period counting from the delivery of the first subscription, you are no longer entitled to further withdrawal periods on the following editions.

 

Simply Slow Travel reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings, without prior notice.
