This village, set against a backdrop of rolling hills and vibrant lavender fields, offers a glimpse into authentic Provençal life. From its ancient château to its bustling cafes and sunlit squares, Lourmarin invites exploration and discovery. Don't miss the lively market that takes place on Friday mornings.

Gordes
Gordes, on the north side of the Luberon valley, is probably the best known of the Luberon hilltop villages. Its market takes place every Tuesday morning in the village centre, around the castle, and it is well worth exploring. Make sure to stop for a picture of the village when arriving from the south.
#3
Moustiers-Sainte-Marie
Considered one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France", Moustiers-Sainte-Marie has beautiful streets, multiple waterfalls running right through the village center, little shops and a laidback atmosphere that will make you enjoy this place very much.
#4
Venasque
Another very quiet and quaint village, built right on a cliffside, with views to the Mount Ventoux afar and the plains around dotted with cherry trees (which provide a beautiful spectacle of white in Spring) and patches of forest areas. It just feels good to walk around this village and discover its corners and small cafes.
